With over 25 years of experience in testing and problem-solving, state-of-the-art testing technology, and more than 800 m² of technical testing facilities, we deliver customized solutions for function, durability, and fatigue testing. Our test cabins, environmental simulations, and custom test benches provide precise conditions for high-level research and development.

Component, Friction & Strength Testing
From temperature cycles and oil foaming to wear measurement using radionuclide technique (RNT). Strength testing up to 100 kN, friction, and tribological analysis.
High-Dynamic Systems
Simulation of real dynamic loads with drives up to 600 kW – ideal for functional and endurance testing under vibration influences.
Drivetrain & Engine Testing
Test benches with up to 2,250 Nm/wheel enable full drivetrain testing including validation, calibration, and emissions analysis.
Environmental & Durability Testing
Climate chambers up to 200 °C, humidity up to 100%, and mechanical shocks according to standards such as LV124 / VW80000 – or based on custom test scenarios.
Material & Component Analysis
From hardness to crack testing: our lab analyzes materials on micro and macro levels. Geometric measurement in precision rooms and component documentation in our photo lab are carried out with cutting-edge technology. We apply sensors and strain gauges (DMS) based on your requirements and professional consultation.
